IBEW 1439 LOCAL UNION ELECTION
Members will elect officers to serve them for the next three (3) years. The election process starts in November and concludes with the vote count in December. As a Local 1439 member, you will vote for candidates for the following offices: President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Business Manager/Financial Secretary, and Executive Board. Mail in ballots will be sent to all members. BALLOTS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MIDNIGHT DECEMBER 9, 2022 IN ORDER TO BE COUNTED. Votes will be counted on Thursday, December 15, 2022 in the offices of Local 1439, 2121 59th Street, St. Louis, MO 63110.

Every Wednesday at 1:30pm after the regular Tuesday St. Louis meeting, there is a meeting at the hall for the Brothers and Sisters that are on the PM shift.
COVID PTO AGREEMENT
Attached is an agreement signed by all Locals on the Ameren Missouri property regarding COVID paid time off. We have been working on this for the last four months and glad to finally have it complete. This entire COVID process has been a strain on the membership, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to reach agreements that benefit the entire membership. Please review the attached agreement, any questions feel free to reach out to the Union office. Also, any members that used vacation time or had unpaid quarantine time please call the Union office to verify you are on the list for an adjustment.
